• Under 2000 sf: $150

• 2000-3000 sf: $175

• 3000-4000 sf: $200

• 4000-5000 sf: $225

• Over 5000 sf: $250+

 

Appraiser reserves the right to adjust prices depending on difficulty (i.e. angles not 90 or 45 degrees)
